The WNC Shamrock Shuffle 5K is a charity event to raise money for Wilton families and those in our community.

The Club is proud to announce that proceeds from the Shamrock Shuffle 5K Charity Race will be distributed to support two local Wilton families:

The SMS Research Foundation in the name of the Ianuzzi family who have a daughter with Smith-Magenis Syndrome. Please see http://www.smsresearchfoundation.org/ and Jennifer Ianuzzi’s blog for more information: http://strengthforsydney.org/. Money raised will be donated to the SMS Research Foundation.

Officer Frank Razzaia who is undergoing Stage 3 Lymphoma treatments and who has three young children that he is supporting. Money raised will help the Razzaia family offset medical costs as well as provide funds towards Lymphoma research.

Please join us for our after race party at Portofinos Restaurant

10 Center Street, from 3 - 5pm

Cost is $18 per person and this includes pizza and a drink.

Route:

Race will start on Godfrey Place next to the library. The course will lead you up through town, down Lovers Lane along the Norwalk River Trail, by the High School and back through the trail ending at Merwin Meadows. Parking is available at the library, on Godfrey place in the shopping plaza and additional parking is available in the Stop and Shop plaza.
